Airport Service
- Complimentary 45 minute wait time for Domestic, International or US Arrivals
- Additional wait time will be billed according to vehicle type
Regular Service
- 10 minute grace period at pick-up location
- Additional wait time will be billed according to vehicle type
Cancellations/Modifications
- No-shows will be charged in full
- Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to start time are subject to 100% payment
- Changes made less than 12 hours prior to pick-up time may incur additional charges
- Management reserves the right to refuse untimely changes but will, to the best of its abilities, aid in all logistical challenges
Pricing/Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 24 hours
- Rates provided are subject to change. Management reserves the right to make corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission. In the event of any specific requirements or special requests representing a price increase, the client will be notified and afforded an opportunity to confirm said increase
